"Üsküdar'a Gider İken" is a Turkish most famous folk song written about 18/19 century (based on internet sources) but no one really know when the song was created because some believe this song was exist since the early Turkey Ottoman era, the song might be exist since 1299 - 1923.
This legendary ancient music had inspired many artists from around the world they recycle it to make their own song and it looks very similar but not 100% same so for me I can't label it as plagiarism it's just inspiring by.. I can give two examples you can try listen to "P. Ramlee - Suria, it is Ahmad Albab OST 1968 and the second example is the song from "Boney. M - Rasputin, the song is in their third studio album titled Nightflight to Venus 1978".
