Po zakończeniu rozbudowy terminalu wszystkie procedury lotniskowe odbywają się w jednym budynku terminalu pasażerskiego. Hala przylotów oraz stanowiska odprawy biletowo-bagażowej (check-in) znajdują się na parterze budynku. Punkty kontroli bezpieczeństwa oraz poczekalnie odlotowe (gate) zlokalizowane są na pierwszym poziomie terminalu.
Osobom podróżującym wyłącznie z bagażem podręcznym i posiadającym kartę pokładową po przybyciu na lotnisko zalecamy udanie się bezpośrednio do punktu kontroli bezpieczeństwa

Learn how to navigate the new Kraków Airport terminal.
As terminal expansion work has been completed, all airport procedures are now performed in a single terminal building. Arrivals and check-in desks are located on the ground floor of the building. Security checkpoints and departure gates are on the first floor of the terminal.
Upon arrival at the airport, passengers who already have a boarding pass and travel with cabin baggage only are advised to go directly to the security checkpoint.
