This song, translated as "Best Wishes," "Congratulations" or "Happiness to you," but is better known by its name in Chinese, is a popular Chinese New Year song, written in 1945. It was originally a Shanghai song to celebrate the end of the War of Resistance against Japan, but was made into a Spring Festival song, and is today the most popular Chinese New Year song ever.
