Translating the main theme song (片頭曲) "Thirteen Warlords" (十三太保) from the Wild Bunch 1982 (十三太保) into English.

Original Cantonese Song by Roman Tam (羅文).

This TVB series is titled the "Wild Bunch" and was made in 1982. It is set in the late Tang Dynasty and covers the feud between two warlords. This story must be based on a wuxia novel because it has been adapted in movies and their are other TV series adaptations made. The story line is pretty straight forward and not very memorable. In fact I wouldn't have watched the series more than once, except my favorite actor, Felix Wong (黃日華) stars in it as the main lead. Other cast members included Kent Tong (湯鎮業), Austin Wai (惠天賜), Stephen Tung (董瑋), Idy Chan (陳玉蓮), and Isabella Wong (黃曼凝). Elaine Chow (周秀蘭), who was starting out her acting career, played Felix Wong's first girlfriend in a cameo role. The most memorable thing about this series is the awesome cast.

The main theme song which I titled "Thirteen Warlords" is actually the literal translation of the series title. I translated this song was a request from one of my subscribers as I must admit it isn't really a song that I would say is a classic. But it gave me an opportunity to re-watch the series.
