This Yoga Nidra practice was created to help you use sensation as a tool to detach from the overactive thinking mind and become an equanimous witness to the intellect within you. You will be guided towards the observation of physical sensations in your physical body as the vehicle to move you beyond your role as a direct participant in experiencing, beyond your thoughts and judgments, and beyond the intellectual mind. In doing so, transcending physicality and dissolving into the vast ocean of limitless possibility.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deeply relaxing and transformative practice that helps to release physical, mental, and emotional tension. It is a form of guided meditation that is practiced lying down in a comfortable position. This session is designed to be accessible to practitioners of all levels, including beginners.
