Direct game recording (Which is the reason why there is background noise) as I can't find the file where the song is at in the data folders. The song is "Solvejg's Song" by Amelita Galli-Curci, and is from 1917. Kind of an anachronism that the game takes place in 1916, and the song wasn't recorded until 1917, but still a great song regardless. Thanks to "5odsm" for identifying the song.
