Så er jeg startet på sommerens 20. min. programmer 🙌. Denne gang med lidt vægt, men resten af juli's programmer er uden vægt - evt. med elastik og 'glide-fitness-puder. Noget, som er let at pakke i kufferten!
Sæt 20 min. af også mens du er på ferie, så er det lettere at tage træningen op igen når du er hjemme 😀
