Brugen af elastikken om benene kan give dig mere 'balle og ben' træning, men den behøves ikke.

Everything from Flow / Vinyasa yoga, Hatha / Slow yoga, Yin yoga (many stretches), Power yoga, Yoga for teens (TeenYoga), Children's yoga, Chair yoga etc. CrossYoga does not promote any particular form of movement or yoga style, but the content communicated along the way is different from other yoga styles.
CrossYoga is based on Christian faith.
