I had the chance to tour a traditional Japanese candy-making factory!
This long-established factory has been making candy with great care and craftsmanship for over 60 years. The artisans meticulously craft each piece by hand.
They produce about 800 kilograms of candy every day!
This time, I visited a shop that specializes in Tenkiri Ame (a type of traditional Japanese candy).
