Regular mobility not only helps your muscles warm up and recover from workouts, it also helps posture, blood flow and health. I encourage my private clients to focus on fitting in short movement breaks within their busy days to beat stiffness, aches, and pains. Consistency is KEY and the more frequent you can move your body, the better you will feel in it. A muscle in tension stays in tension until you change its position.
