Coming back after a little break from touring for the Elegant Gypsy Tour. Al Di Meola plays the Montreal International Jazz Festival. We see Al & the band work out a few things during sound check.
Al met the Detroit based violinist Evan Garr the previous night in Toronto. He invited Evan to join them the following night in Montreal, and even gave him gas money. Now that is an awesome story!
