Alice Babs (January 26, 1924 in Kalmar, Sweden, as Hildur Alice Nilson - February 11, 2014 in Stockholm) was an internationally renowned Swedish pop and famous jazz singer who also enjoyed success in German-speaking countries in the 1950s. In addition to her career as a singer, she was also active as an actress, especially in the 1940s and 1950s.
From 15 April 1944, she was married to Nils Ivar Sjöblom (died 2011), with whom she had three children.
