Description
In this multi song video, all the instrument playing Alice Cooper band members get a chance to showcase their mastery of their instruments, starting with My Stars, a Devil's Food tease and flying into revolving solos in the Black Widow jam. As they perform Black Widow, Nita, Roxie and Tommy take two rounds of magnificent guitar solos, which leads to Chuck Garric doing a transition on Bass Guitar "introducing" fantastic drummer Glen Sobel performing an extended solo and finally Chuck having a basic seque back to Black Widow again, with all the guitarists in a line up for the coda, at the Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville, Tennessee on October 3, 2021. My Stars was written by Alice Cooper and producer extraordinaire Bob Ezrin and was the sixth track on School's Out, the original Alice Cooper Band's fifth studio album released in June 1972. School's Out (the album) was a major success, peaking at number 2 on the US Billboard 200 Albums chart, number 4 on the UK albums chart, topping the Canada Top Albums chart and making the top ten in 8 other countries and certified platinum in the US. The Black Widow was written by Alice Cooper, Bob Ezrin and Dick Wagner and was the third track on Welcome to My Nightmare, Alice Cooper's debut solo studio album, released in March 1979. Welcome to My Nightmare was a commercially successful album in the US and internationally, peaking at number 5 on the US Billboard 200 Albums chart, number 19 on the UK Albums Chart and number 2 on the Canada Top Albums chart and being Certified 2x Platinum in the US, Canada and Australia.
