My favorite track in the album In Utero. I heard it for the first time while watching Montage of Heck in March 2016, when I was 31 years old.

I watched the Placebo cover (Live @ Area 4 2010) 7 September 2020.

I wrote this version as I started playing it.

March 2016:
I stayed for a few days in Alpenrose and then I moved to Gite La Montagne.
I used all of the lift options
I climbed Grands Autannes Face Variante 4, then (I checked other option to the left as well – steep rocky face) I followed the ridge in the direction of the Pnte du Midi until I found a nice and steep slope (I didn’t see to the bottom), another steep section followed by the flatter vast snow field and I end up in the 45-50 degrees woods before I reached Trient. I hitchhiked at the main road to Vallorcine. That day I climbed Tete de Charamillon, skied a short line https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7JfURSeqyQ from it. It was skied more or less spontaneously, the face was checked very quickly. Then I skied La Combe de la Vormaine - Nord (below arch shaped cornice) for the first time. I skied ALL the skiable and nonskiable options in the woods in the area below the path between Lognan and Pendant Retour. There was a repeated sentence by the same young female voice at the beginning of most of the ski descents „Are you fucking kidding me? You don’t know how to ski!” (Salomon Q115 188cm) hors piste
I could not make my body sore and tired anymore at the end of the month.
