In Canada, it’s called the 3-door and in the US, 2-door, either way it’s a ton of fun.
The 2025 Mini Cooper C has a starting pricing of $34,990 CAD/$28,950 USD and the Cooper S which we are driving $39,990 CAD/$32,220 USD.
The 2025 Mini Cooper S has a modern new look with 17” wheels, available 18” wheels which are crafted from recycled aluminum. MINI went for a clean and simplistic design with its signature round LED headlamps with three customizable graphics to choose from, a new grille and the rear now offers a triangular light design giving it a sleek look.
The 2025 Mini Cooper S has a 2L turbocharged 4-cylinder with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, 201 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, FWD only. The manual transmission is no longer available.
The 2025 Mini Cooper Chas the same powertrain but with less power, 161 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque.
The interior got its inspiration from the original 1959 MINI Cooper with its circular centre piece and minimalistic design. It’s about the same size as the outgoing model with upgraded materials giving it a more premium feel. It has new technology with MINI Operating System 9, wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto and a standard 9.4” OLED display screen. Information such as speed and fuel consumption are displayed at the top of the screen. In the lower area of the display, the menu has items like navigation, media, telephone and climate. You can customize the screen with different modes from Personal to Core to Go-Kart, Vivid and more.
The panoramic sunroof has two separate planes offering sun protection when closed and deflects wind to reduce wind noise when open.
2025 Mini Cooper S fuel economy, the Cooper S gets 8.4L/100 km, 28 MPG city and 6L/100 km, 39 MPG highway.
