What makes my approach different to the traditional hypnobirthing method is that it’s about working WITH the intensity, leaning into it, surrendering. Having a mindset that is so strong and unwavering, trusting your body to do what it’s designed to do.
A big part of what I teach is also about being prepared for if and when things don’t go to plan, which is more often than not.
Having the right tools and mindset to navigate this is key.
