Of the song, Anna Lapwood says: “One of the things that Hans Zimmer does so well in his film scores is these really powerful musical builds. He starts quietly but intensely and grabs your emotions right at the beginning, then gets louder and louder, heightening our emotions until we all end up crying at the end!

With the Interstellar soundtrack, Hans Zimmer put the organ into the public consciousness on a level that I don’t think has ever been seen before. No Time For Caution is my favourite piece to play at the moment, partly because I love the way it shows off the huge variety of colour the organ has to offer. It’s also an excuse to use one of my favourite stops on The Royal Albert hall organ – the bass drum!

When I play with my feet, if I’ve drawn the bass drum stop, there’s a beater inside the organ that plays the bass drum. It’s such a unique sound and I love using it at the beginning of this transcription to create a slightly sinister, other-worldly effect.“
