Hailing from Land's End, Cornwall, it seems fated that @kylelonsdale would end up a fan of folk music. Though her taste has evolved to include psychedelia, ethnomusicology, and (most) rock derivatives, it is the more esoteric tributaries of folk's mighty river of song that has been a constant in her record collection.
Kyle runs the archival label @EarthRecordings, representing artists like Bert Jansch, Shirley Collins, Anne Briggs, Mikael Tariverdiev, Judy Dyble, and Bagpuss duo Sandra Kerr & John Faulkner. She also sequenced The Ballad of Shirley Collins soundtrack, and shares her deep love for music through writing and event hosting.
