Another LoloYodel 2 camera angle re-mix with my habitual thanks and gratitude.

LOLOYODEL NOTES (1st set) :
- It was a real pleasure to mix this Set One ! The entire set is simply delicious, all is sweet, truthful and seemingly effortless. Bob Weir is impeccable on "Ballad" (with a Garcia constantly
sustaining the song with elegance) and even "Red Rooster" (not a great fan of) is on target. Cumberland, Lay Me Down, Let it Grow all in perfection. 1988 was finally more than a
transitional year, or at least on this evening.
- The 1st 3 songs are played separately meaning with pauses between each. And the remaining 5 songs of the set are played without stop, almost orgasmically. Indeed.
- Ladies & Gentlemen, this is sublime.
- Each individual song was uploaded separately. However, the last 5 songs of this set were ALSO uploaded together as "Set One End".
- Both video angles are far left of stage ("Less Than Face" is almost literally on the side).
- Oh, forgot ! "Aiko" is pure Angle Two (no video from LTF, Angle One)
DEADHEAD COMENTS :
"I will never forget this show...it was an amazing evening of music... Go brent!!" - matt
"Best Scarlet ~ Fire I have ever heard. Hampton was always one of my favorite venues.." - Patrick Truax
"There was some rough spots but the Scarlet ~ Fire was really inspired." - Brooke
"Middle night of a wonderful 3 night run in the always accomodating Hampton, where everyone's ticket was the same. probably my favorite show of all time, start to finish. just look at the 2nd set for heaven's sake." - Sweet-T
"There is a "So What" (Miles Davis) tease before Sugar Mag." - fz
"To Lay Me Down- last played 10.17.83" - Perrinswolf
"Whoa whoa whoa...how come nobody noticed the below sequence was never played before ... nor after? Sugar ~ Scarlet ~ Fire ~ Estimated ~ Eyes. Hampton may not have as many performances, but all of them compete with the Fillmore East and West cho's." - Brianmerrilyn
"To me, on Ballad of a Thin Man, this is Bobby at his finest, covering a Dylan tune in the late 80s--sweetness! What did I do with my copy of Postcards from the Hanging ?? Dammit !" - billymunster
"Killer show! Featuring the first of only two performances of Ballad Of A Thin Man (the other being on Postcards) the first appearance of To Lay Me Down in almost five years a rough and rare So What tease (only Jerry knows what's going on) before an amazing Sug Mag~Scar~Fire, Estimated~Eyes!!! Jerry shreds with unusual notes per minute on FOTM. Excellent!" - BB Shakes
"Check that on "Thin Man". Definitely the first GD version. But more were to come. Anyway, To Lay Me Down was IT! And the 2nd set was tremendous. A nice little package book-ended by Sugar Mag - Sunshine Daydream. Possibly the best show of '88." - rob cal
"My first close encounter! I could have have tied Brent's shoes I was so close! I managed to get there no cash, food or gas. Taken in by the Family and I learned first hand that 'One man gathers what another man spills!' Nearly 25 years on and I live by that experience! Thank you all! I couldn't stop smiling at Jerry and he couldn't stop looking at me to the point where he would blush! OMG! turn on your lovelight! That's what is was all about! Bob and his pink guitar and finger slide, and he'd look away just so he could concentrate. Those fleeting connections were an eternity of joy that explained the human paradigm! My cup runneth over! How something so simple is antidote for mankind's ills. All I needed was a miracle, all I needed was an example, all I need is to share that with everyone! Love you all! PEACE!" - Steph
