Barbecue is back with full force to liven up the festivities in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, the birthplace of this tradition that has become unanimous throughout Brazil. After two years prevented from getting together to fraternize around a fire, the gauchos were again able to taste roasts in events with great joy.
In fact, the kickoff was given at the end of 2021, with the international barbecue festival La Fogatta. It was the cue so that, from then on, no one could hold back.
