Ingredients:
1. Eggs - 3
2. Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
3. Oil - 1/2 Cup
4. Salt - 2 Pinches
5. Baking Powder - 1 tsp
6. All-purpose Flour - 1 Cup
7. Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
8. Milk - 1/3 Cup

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add eggs and whisk well.
2. Add powdered sugar and whisk well until light and fluffy.
3. Add oil and whisk well.
4. Add salt, baking powder and gradually all-purpose flour and whisk well.
5. Add vanilla essence and whisk.
6. Finally, add milk and whisk well until combined. (Do not overmix)
7. Grease baking pan with oil and line the bottom with parchment paper.
8. Transfer cake batter to prepared baking pan.
9. Gently tap cake pan to eliminate any air bubbles.
10. Bake in the preheated cooking pot for 45 minutes on medium to low flame.
11. Finally, insert the toothpick near the center of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is baked.
