you have to Defeat the Shade of Xavius while he has 10 stacks
of Apocalyptic Empowerment in Darkheart Thicket on Mythic difficulty.

01.Pull the boss and down his hp to 15-20%
02.Xavius going to start Spawning Void Zones
03.Kite him through the voidzones until he gets 10 stacks of (Apocalyptic Empowerment)
