INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g frozen puff pastry
- 10 stalks shallots/green onions (about 2 cups)
- ½ teaspoon Chinese seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- butter
STEP 1
Slice the onion finely. Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough. Add the green onions to the dough and mix well.
STEP 2
Divide the dough into 5 parts. Roll out each piece with a rolling pin and brush with butter. Fold in the dough and roll it up. Roll it thinly again with a rolling pin.
STEP 3
Pour oil into a heated frying pan and place a scone.
Fry on each side for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
STEP 4
Place on a plate and serve.
