Within each layer are scallions nestled in between. They taste and smell extremely fragrant especially when pan-fried ๐ My favorite part is when the scallions pop out of the dough and get charred on the pan for extra flavor! ๐ They are also super easy to make and can be enjoyed on itsโ own or with a dipping sauce (sauce recipe included in the video).
