The 21-year-old took to her Instagram stories to celebrate her dad’s latest achievement, writing, “Proud daughter moment, I love you,” and tagging his handle.Black’s hit song “Killin’ Time” earned a Platinum certification, according to a search of the RIAA’s official database. In addition, Black earned Gold certifications for his songs, “A Better Man,” “Like The Rain,” and “When I Said I Do.”Black also reacted to the honor, sharing a message of appreciation on his Instagram account.
“Now this is something to celebrate! I’m really proud of these songs. To watch them continue to grow and impact people is an exciting and humbling experience. I’ve got the best fans out there and this is all thanks to them!” he wrote, tagging RIAA.
