Detroit has had more than its share of problems: urban blight, a shrinking population, crime ... the list goes on. But that's only part of the picture. Hundreds of thousands of people still live and work in Detroit, many working hard to turn things around and refusing to give up hope that Detroit can once again become a vital American city. This song is for and about a once-proud city and those people refusing to abandon it to the wolves.
