We know him as the innocent toddler who steals butter, as a handsome teenager whose heavenly flute made Gopikas sway, the beloved son of Devaki and Vasudeva, the apple of Yashodha's eye, He is "the boy who lived". His miracles in destroying evil are called 'Krishnaleela'. As the eighth Avatar of Lord Vishnu, he gave the doctrine of "Bhagavatgeeta" which paves the way to a morally superior life. We join our hands in front of 'Lord Krishna' the one who taught us how to stand up for one's own, the one who taught us the meaning of Love.
