"Don't you tread on me" from super group Damn Yankees. Ted Nugent, Tommy Shaw of Styx, Jack Blades of Night Ranger and Michael Cartellone, currently with Lynrd Skynrd. A couple of things about this video.....I know it looks like I'm not having any fun, but I'm having a blast. This was a long, involved song and it took me several tries to get a take I was happy with, so I had to concentrate. I also had to turn off my AC so the sound wouldn't get picked up on the recording, so the room was hot and made me get sweaty pretty quickly. For me, it's all about the sound and I'm trying to get the best sounding covers I can with the equipment I currently have. Lastly, removing the drum track from the original removed the trash can ending on the song, so I had to come up with my own version. All in all, I think it turned out well.
