He is coming after all his “Friends” that turned on him during his beef with Kendrick Lamar. From Future, Travis Scott, Rick Ross, and even LeBron James.
Drake starts off by saying:

He is referencing when Rick Ross got punched in the left eye, after playing “Not Like Us” during his festival performance in Canada. He shouts out the band TLC, with one of the members being the Late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez.
Drake follows it up with”
“I saw bro went to Pop Out with them, but been d*ck riding gang since “Headlines””
