Resep Kue Pandan Kukus (untuk 5 porsi)

Bahan A:
60 ml santan
400 ml air
15 gr BOLA Deli Tepung Beras
¼ sdt garam
Perisa pandan secukupnya
Pewarna kuning secukupnya
Pewarna cokelat secukupnya

Bahan B:
130 gr BOLA Deli Tepung Beras
30 gr tepung terigu
130 gr gula pasir
1 sdt ragi
½ sdt baking powder

Bahan saus kelapa muda:
350 ml air kelapa
150 ml santan
85 gr gula merah, sisir
2 lembar daun pandan
100 gr kelapa muda
4 sdm BOLA Deli Maizena
¼ sdt garam
2 sdm gula pasir

Langkah:
1. Campurkan santan, air, perisa pandan, pewarna kuning dan pewarna cokelat, aduk rata lalu masukkan BOLA Deli Tepung Beras dan garam, aduk rata, masak hingga sedikit mengental
2. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk, diamkan hingga hangat
3. Masukkan gula pasir, aduk rata lalu masukkan BOLA Deli Tepung Beras aduk rata
4. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk kemudian tambahkan ragi dan baking powder, aduk rata, tutup dengan plastic wrap, diamkan selama 1 jam
5. Siapkan kukusan dan wadah anti panas yang sudah di olesi minyak, kukus selama 35 menit, setelah dingin keluarkan dari loyang
6. Untuk saus kelapa, campurkan air kelapa, santan, gula merah, daun pandan, dan BOLA Deli Maizena, aduk dalam keadaan dingin lalu masak di api sedang hingga mengental
7. Tambahkan kelapa muda, garam, dan gula pasir, aduk rata
8. Kue apem siap disajikan dengan saus gula merah sebagai pelengkap

Steamed Pandan Cake Recipe (yield 5 servings)

Ingredients A:
60 ml coconut milk
400 ml water
15 g BOLA Deli Rice Flour
¼ tsp salt
Pandan essence, to taste
Yellow food coloring, to taste
Brown food coloring, to taste

Ingredients B:
130 g BOLA Deli Rice Flour
30 g flour
130 g sugar
1 tsp yeast
½ tsp baking powder

Coconut Sauce ingredients:
350 ml coconut water
150 ml coconut milk
85 g palm sugar, shaved
2 pc pandan leaf
100 g coconut flesh
4 tbsp BOLA Deli Cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar

Steps:
1. Combine coconut milk, water, pandan essence, yellow food coloring, and brown food coloring. Mix well, then add BOLA Deli Rice Flour and salt. Stir and cook until it thickens.
2. Transfer it to a bowl. Let it cool down until lukewarm.
3. Add sugar and stir. Then, add BOLA Deli Rice Flour. Mix well.
4. Add flour. Stir, then add the yeast and baking powder. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and rest for 1 hour.
5. Prepare the steamer and a heatproof pan brushed with oil. Steam for 35 minutes. Once it’s cooled down, remove from the pan.
6. For the Coconut Sauce, combine the coconut water, coconut milk, palm sugar, pandan leaves, and BOLA Deli Cornstarch. Stir while it’s still cold, then cook on medium heat until it thickens.
7. Add the coconut flesh, salt, and sugar in. Stir.
8. Steamed Pandan Cake is ready to serve with Coconut Sauce on the side.
