Marty Haugen writes beautifully of God’s awareness of all that we encounter. God knows all that we will experience and, as Jesus, has experienced our dilemmas and our sufferings. God gives us the strength to be who God calls us to be, healing every malaise, every pain, every fear and sorrow that comes our way. We are then filled with God’s compassion and peace that we might share God’s love with the world.
