Description
Ernest Tubb entered the 1960s with a legendary band on his back, and that was the Texas Troubadours. With an iteration of different members going back to 1943, by the 60s, the legendary backing band was well established and playing over 100 shows per year. As we go more into the decade, we hear them shine on their debut album in 1964. There was an album released in 1957 called Songs of the Open Range under The Texas Troubadours' name as well.
