Heyy,what's up docs?🐰Today's video as you know from my Instagram's announcement,is about Erszebet Bathory and is dedicated to my dear friend and bro Teo Samaras💟


If you have no idea who Erszebet is:(DON'T PRETEND SO.YOU KNOW HER)
Erszebet (or Elizabeth)Bathory was a Hungarian Countess(1564-1614)and allegedly the World's Worst Serial Killer of all time.She had reputedly killed 600 virgins and bathed in their blood to keep her young and beautiful.She was eventually imprisoned and died in prison.
As a trained Historian,(YEAHHHH😎)I doubt the sources that condemn her like this.They were all by a man called Thurzo who was overambitious and he benefited from her when she stepped the side cause he owned her money(does this reminds something to you😂).Erszebet had a very big fortune,she even managed to have as much power as the Hapsburgh King.She was a woman,she was powerful,she was extremely beautiful.Her drawback was that she was extremely introvert and that her family was very violent.In my opinion based on psychology,you have many possibilities to be violent if your environment is full of violence but I strongly doubt that this is what always happens (and if you disagree,think about Elizabeth I and Henry VIII).Speaking for Erszebet Bathory,she did some great things for her country,that have been somehow forgotten as I came to read,(so sad there are so few sources in English for her!)such as that she supported marital rapoed women (as Margaret Beaufort did in England) and that she also wanted the wars in her country with Ottoman Empire to stop.Those things don't remind me of a serial killer.And as I am 99% sure that Thurzo wanted her to step the side,this makes me so sad because all the powerful and beautiful women of 16th Century,the Century of Renaissance and renovation were full of malice and hatred because the men of malice and hatred wanted them to be seen as this.And it also makes me pretty sad that the Worlds most terrifying serial killer is a woman who in my opinion did not kill anyone,and not someone who we DO know(from videos and pictures)that killed people(Zodiac for example or Ed Gain if we speak for psychopaths ).Anyway,this is my own personal estimate of the facts and history,if you believe that Erszebet killed all those women,please don't try to convince me the opposite cause I am not trying to convince you if you are not already convinced💟
