There is a beauty song from the Hard Rock band Queensrÿche. It was composed by the lead guitarist Chris DeGarmo, and was the third single of the classic album 'Empire', released in september 1990.
The song was heavily performed by US radio and its music video was at the top of the MTV Top Ten for several weeks. She was nominated for 5 MTV Video Music Awards in 1991, earning the MTV Award for best video clip in the audience choice, and 2 Grammy Awards.
'Silent Lucidity' is ranked number 21 on the 'Greatest Power Ballads' list, made by channel VH1.
