Dad and I took the ferry from Port aux Basques in Newfoundland to North Sydney in Nova Scotia. Once again we are camping at Whycocomagh Provincial Park for the night. Unsurprisingly it's noticeably warmer and more humid here than further north.
Dad and I packed up our tent and left Whycocomagh Provincial Park, where we had camped last night. Dad drove us off Cape Breton Island, along the end of the Bay of Fundy, to Monument-Lefebvre National Historic Site, St. John, Amherst, Sackville. I drove us from Prince of Wales to Calais to Bangor, Maine. After 17 days of camping in our two person tent in Canada, we have returned home. This is one of our trips abroad that we will never forget.
