''The World Is Not Enough'' is the 19th installment on the James Bond saga. The movie's theme song was now in charge of Garbage, produced by them in company of David Arnold, who wrote the song with Don Black. The song was critically acclaimed upon its release, being since then considered as the second best James Bond theme (behind ''Goldfinger''). The song was a moderate success, getting its highest peak position at #1 in Iceland, on the rest of the world it was mainly a top 10-top30 hit. The song's music video was directed by Philipp Stölzl and it depicted the creation of an android with a bomb on its inside (the android was Shirley Manson), then traveling to Chicago to kill a singer (also Shirley Manson) and finally to detonate the bomb.
