Gary Lee Clark Jr. AKA “The Chosen One”. Has been on top of the Blues rock scene for almost 3 decades running now and simply does not know how to fall off. Legendary is an understatement for he is the epiphany and torch carrier for the collective Blues-Rock Genre. Signed by Warner Bros and won his first grammy in 2014 for best R&B song “Please come home” and the second for best rock song “This land” in 2020. Gary’s tunes are a concoction of Blues, Rock, R&B and a bit of soul all mixed together to create the sound of greatness. Even his covers of The Beatles “Come together” was an ultimate revival of an already great and vastly known song which garnered even more attention as it was used as “The Justice League” theme song. Needless to say Gary has seen an abundance of success and celebrated multiple triumphs in his extensive and ongoing career in music even without being able to read any sort of music chart.😱
