Description
Geotjeori Kimchi (겉절이), Korean Instant Kimchi, is a variant of Kimchi, without a fermentation process. It's a super popular side dish for many Korean noodles and soups including Kalguksu (칼국수) and Sujebi (수제비). Geotjeori Kimchi (겉절이) is a special type of kimchi with a sweet and spicy flavour without the sourness of traditional kimchi.

1. Wombok (700-800g, Napa Cabbage)
2. Korean chilli powder (3-4 tbs)
3. Salt
4. Minced garlic (3-4 tbs)
5. Sugar (2 tbs)
6. Salted prawn (shrimp) (1.5 tsp)
