first and foremost i want to distance myself from any nazi-ideology. i neither want to glorify (the second world) war nor ridicule what atrocities happen(ed) in it. this clip must be seen as a comedic piece of art and not taken seriously. i also do not know the political sentiments of the person shown in the original jackhammer video. if he is running in any extremist circles (left or right), i herewith distance myself from him either - but i wholeheartedly hope he was just trying to be funny.

"saving private ryan" was produced and distributed by dreamworks pictures and paramount pictures - it's a good movie imho, i recommend you go buy and see it.

the whole idea of the edit came to me when i read through the green-screen-comments of what i suppose is the original upload: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUCdWnA76mU if that's not the original uploader then i don't know who is.

there are already other versions with similar ideas out there (even with saving private ryan scenes), though i did not "steal" any of them and most of them got "low production value"... #nooffence ;)
