Description
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Mike Mullen, introduces President Barack Obama while the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Band, under the direction of Commanding Officer Capt. Brian Walden, performs four "Ruffles and Flourishes" and "Hail to the Chief" on August 5, 2011. The ceremony took place at the Sail Loft on the historic Washington Navy Yard. The Sail Loft has been the home of the U.S. Navy Band since 1925.
