Contest entry for the Hangeul Festa 2025 in General Category - Write a Story Using the Hangeul. Theme: A hero story from your country or culture.

I chose to tell a Mexican story about a war amongst pre-hispanic cultures, which gave origin to a legend that explains the formation of two of the most well-known volcanoes in Mexico: Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl.

All the illustrations and animation in the video are original creations made by my sister, Alejandra Cienfuegos, who gave consent of usage for the purpose of this contest. I downloaded the music from Envato with a paid license, so it is used with permit.
