Around this time, a shocking incident rocked their world. The teenage son of the couple passed away in a car accident. The grief left them musically barren for a considerable period. Finally, they broke their icy silence with Someone Somewhere, which was also than swan song of Chitra Singh. She chose to be alone later on with the pain in silence.
