On the dark, rain-washed streets of New York crime runs rampant. Mob bosses are smuggling Canadian Whiskey despite the Prohibition. One mobster in particular, Tommy Morello, stands out. Having inherited his fathers empire, he now owns half the Police force and controls the streets. The rest are too scared to act. One man, Bob Khaine, tried and failed. Now a raging alcoholic at rock bottom he thinks hes got nothing left to lose. One night a mysterious note finds its way into his pocket. He is thrown back into the world of crime and murder. Can he put a stop to Tommy Morellos reign of terror!?
