This is an ancient song (almost 1000 years old) written by the great Hildegard von Bigen (1098-1179).
It is included in the Naxos cd that contains some of von Bigens beautiful religious songs that are performed by the wonderful Oxford Camerata.
The particular song refers to the Virgin Mary.
