This is a video of some of my family in the Philippines from the 1970s. I’m so grateful to have this visual reminder of them!

It’s important to recognize and honor your ancestors, for everything they did for you.

It’s also important to express your gratitude, and your connection with them. You can do this by simply praying or meditating on them for a few minutes. Or, create a simple altar in your home, with photos of them, and perhaps a candle and some objects that represent them.

Our ancestors hear your call, and they’re still working on your behalf on the other side!
