I'm going to play the High Reel on mandolin since my fingers are so cold. That's what Charles O'Connor told the audience at the Dunluce 2014 Summer Solstice gig after a cold spell when cloud eclipsed the sun. A bit unique that, since he normally plays it on fiddle! But we surely felt like dancing, as the evening turned to gold
and the band's chosen melodies kept away the cold.
