RULES:
This is an expansion to original monopoly. All the rules are the same except for these changes. Each player starts the game with 2,150 money as seen here. Add extra title deed cards to the original title deeds, their purchase price is listed in the top left of the title deed card. Place the sales vault onto the middle of the board. Shuffle the SALE cards and place 3 in the vault, face out do everyone can read them, then the rest go facedown in the vault tray. Give each player a reminder card.
The object of the game is to be the richest when the game ends, once all the properties are owned; OR to be the first player to complete one of their instant-win sale cards. After rolling and moving, before your turn ends, you must roll the buy die. All actions on the buy die are optional. The buy symbol allows you to purchase one of the faceup sale cards from the vault, replenishing it with the top card of the deck. The cost of cards is in the top left. The X means you may discard one sale card of your choice from any player. Players are allowed to negotiate and trade with you to try and prevent you if they want. Yellow arrows means that you can discard one card from the vault and replish it with another. All discarded cards are placed under the deck.
You may only have up to 3 sale cards at a time and must discard one before you can obtain a new one. Red sales cards are single use and can only be used on your turn. Green cards have instant win conditions on them. Yellow are abilities you get to use for as long as you have the card.
You may purchase any of the new property spaces when you land on them. These spaces act like normal properties and can be traded but not mortgaged. You may not construct buildings on them. Go to jail still sends players to jail, including their owner, and players still collect 200 for landing on or passing go.
When the last property is bought, the game ends and each player adds up the total value of all the properties they own, with the total amount they would collect from rent if they were landed on, and all their cash. The richest player, wins!
