Communicating with your spirit guides is way easier than you might think.

However you choose to communicate with them, they hear you right away!

Now it's your turn to trust that you'll be able to hear and understand their communication back! This is absolutely the hardest part. So my suggestion to you is to talk to them and ask them for their guidance and support. And then do your best to stay open to the idea that you can receive their guidance - knowing that it probably won't come exactly when or how you expect it to, but that it still will.
