2-1/4 cups AP Flour (Gold Medal Brand)
1 cup sugar (Zulka)
1 cup oil (canola or vegetable)
3/4 cup milk (2%)
5 medium eggs
1 Tbs baking powder
1 Tbs vanilla (Molina Mexican blend)
1 Tsp butter essence (McCormick butter extract)
1 Tsp fresh orange zest (optional)
1/4 salt
