Inside Flow is more than just a feeling to me, it’s a mixture of music + yoga + expressions + story telling.

I came from a background accumulation of sports, from young : gymnastics to basketball, to squash & tennis, most Latin dances, salsa exams, marathons, Zumba, dragon boat, lifting, circuit trainings, hiking, mountain biking, and I ended up in Yoga, thinking that yoga will be my final destination.

I was wrong, I saw Wei Nee posted something about a yoga dance with music in August 2023 and I immediately fall in love with this. This is what I had been looking for. But I had a hard few months in search for the TTC.

My first training with Young Ho Kim was in April 2024 and I never looked back, never regret, never give up. Although the journey is very hard, but with supportive senior Teachers like Martasya, I created my first flow 🙌🏼
